Every staff member from the salesman to the men who put up my fence was wonderful. I love my new fence. It was put up within two weeks. I absolutely would recommend them. I had no problems whatsoever.
The entire experience and process went great and so smooth. I did not have any issues whatsoever on their end and they were able to build my entire fence within a day. If you are looking for any vendors for fence installation, then you definitely came across the right people. the original installation was great after we got survey questions out of the way. I had to relocate the rear gate to another area and after some back and forth about placement the installer got it done. after he left, I saw that the original latch bar could have been longer in order to not have to pull the gate slightly to lock. He said that the concrete would set in the post and at that point I figured I may not be able to move slightly inward to lock. (Not the case after a few weeks post moves.) I contacted the latch company myself and they mailed me a longer one where I wouldn't have to pull the gate. Not sure if the installer was aware of there being a longer one. but we are satisfied with the fence and overall service. I am glad the latch company didn't charge me. the picture of the latch is stark just wish it could have been handled on site. now this was on an angle, so it wasn't the standard straight gate. Maybe going forward Fence outlet can make sure the installers have the longer latches just in case they need it.
Scott our salesperson was amazing . Talked us through our choices. I am so happy that he did. The end result is amazing. We are so happy . I don’t understand why we waited so long. Once we had a go ahead to install it was installed quickly. Installers were very nice and it was completed it one day.
